Samsung introduces Samsung Wave IITweetSamsung has officially announced the launch of three new Wave smartphones: the Samsung Wave II, Samsung Wave 723 and the Samsung Wave 525. All three phones are based on Bada OS. Bada OS is a open source mobile operating system based on linux and has been created by Samsung. The Samsung Wave II is an high-end smartphone and comes with a 3.7” WVGA 480×800 16M TFT LCD screen, a 5MP camera with LED flash, HD video recording and playback and a music player with SoundAlive EQ, music recognition and music match software. It also features Bluetooth 3.0, USB 2.0 and Wi-Fi connections. The Samsung Wave 723 is a mid-range Wave smartphone and comes with a 3.2”, 262,144 color TFT Screen, a 5MP camera, video recording and video calling capability. The Samsung Wave 525 is a low-end smartphone, it has a slightly smaller LCD screen than the Wave II an it also features video recording and a 3.2 MP camera. The Samsung Wave family has been designed for “social networker”. It also comes with pre-installed Facebook and Twitter apps . |
