A short instruction to install Google Chrome Bowser on Nokia N900
Step 1
Make sure you have root-acces in Xterminal. To do this you need to download OpenSh from the Maemo-repositories.
Step 2
Go tohttp://jacekowski.org/mae… and download chromium-5.0.369.2.deb and libxss-1.1.3.deb. Put these 2 files in the root directory of your N900.
Sep 3
Open Xterminal and type:
Root
Type:
cd /home/user/MyDocs/ dpkg -i libxss-1.1.3.deb
Type:
dpkg -i chromium-5.0.369.2.deb
