Nokia (NYSE:NOK) just released its affordable new handset, the Nokia C5-03. The smartphone is equipped with a 3.2-inch touchscreen display and is a Symbian^1 touch phone with 5 mega-pixel camera, wi-fi enabled and GPS. The display of the handset offers a resolution of 360 x 240 pixels on top of a 24-bit color depth. It uses the 600 MHz ARM11 micro-architecture and has 40 mega bites of internal memory, which can be expanded to as much as 16 giga-bites through the use of a microSD card. The device also boasts a free version of Ovi Maps, so the user can take advantage of them when it is necessary. The smartphone will be made available worldwide by the end of the year for approximately $237 before taxes and subsidies. SmarTrend is bullish on shares of Nokia and our subscribers were alerted to buy on August 03, 2010 at $9.64. The stock has risen 13.6% since the alert was issued.

Nokia C5-03 is the newest introduction from Nokia, the largest mobile maker in India. The handset comes featured with 3.2 inches TFT resistive touch screen, accelerometer sensor for auto rotate, handwriting recognition, 3G, GPRS, EDGE, WLAN, Bluetooth, 5MP camera with geo tagging, memory expandability up to 16GB, etc. For browsing, downloading and uploading internet stuff, the 3G network in the handset is really trust worthy as it enables one to download up to 10.2MBps and upload files up to 2MBps. One of the prime attractions of C5 03 is its 3.2inches TFT resistive touch screen that displays 16M colors in 360 x 640 pixels resolution. The handset comes with a spacious inbuilt memory of 40 MB with 128MB RAM. It comes with an implicit 2GB memory card that is expandable up to 16GB. The handset is powered by a standard 1000mah lithium ion battery that extends talk time up to 11h and 30m in 2g and 4h and 30m in 3g. The standby capacity is up to 600h in 2g and up to 576h in 3G. The battery once fully charged can play music up to 35h.
