Take out sim card, battery and memory card. 6. Run KP500-Utils-EN and put in D and then press enter. 7. Then put \\.\USB1 and then press enter 8. Then put C:\KP500.flb and press enter 9. Then put CUST_THEME in then press enter. 10. Quickly plug your phone in using USB. It should say retrieving memory data. if you get an error close KP500-Utils-EN and go back to step 6. You have to do these steps!!!! 11. When it says Port Closed you can unplug your phone and close KP500-Utils-EN. 12. In LG-Utils-EN folder you should see CUST_THEME.big and CUST_THEME. Delete CUST_THEME.big 13. Copy CUST_THEME to desktop as a backup of the original LG Cookie Theme (YOU HAVE TO DO THIS!!!) 14. Open WinImage and open CUST_THEME in the folder LG-Utils-EN. 15. Open lgapp and then dmf. 16.
