Pretty much going over the phone and doing a look/unboxing on it. It's very similar to all Verizon Wireless Blackberry Devices and pretty much has the same interface software. Though this year and present models will not have the Track Ball that BB devices always had which is now a upgrade. It's got everything pretty much standard from texting to web. Full QWERTY keypad is a little bit compact and might cause some people to hit other keys and it does keep a lot of dirt in there if not cleaned from time to time.
